Frequently Asked Questions

Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions clients ask about Money Back Recovery, our services, and the recovery process.

What is Money Back Recovery?

Money Back Recovery is an independent investigation service that helps scam victims collect evidence, document cases, and create an actionable plan to pursue chargebacks, exchange escalations, and law enforcement reports. We do not replace your bank or police—we empower you with the tools they need to act.

Do you guarantee that I’ll get my money back?

No legitimate recovery company can guarantee funds will be returned. We promise clear feasibility checks, professional reports, and transparent guidance. Many clients succeed with chargebacks, exchange freezes, or police reports—but outcomes depend on your bank, timelines, and payment method.

What makes your Investigation Reports different?

Our reports are structured like legal case files: executive summary, fact pattern, exhibits, and recommended next steps. Banks, exchanges, and law enforcement prefer this format—it reduces friction, avoids confusion, and speeds up decision-making.

How much do your services cost?

Our basic Investigation Reports start at $3,500 + $750 per transaction. Full support packages cost more, depending on scope. We’ll always outline pricing before you commit—no hidden fees.

Why do I need to pay upfront?

Investigations take time, access to tools, and professional analysis. Because recovery outcomes vary, we charge for the investigation work itself—not for uncertain promises. This is how we stay honest and avoid false guarantees.

Do you work on commission?

No. We do not charge a percentage of recovered funds. This avoids conflicts of interest and ensures our advice remains unbiased. Our fees are fixed, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

How does the process work?

The process has five steps:

  1. Free consultation: Quick assessment of your case.
  2. Evidence collection: We securely gather documents, chats, and payment records.
  3. Investigation Report: Our team prepares a structured case file.
  4. Action Plan: You get clear instructions on how and where to submit the report.
  5. Follow-up: We remain available for clarifications requested by institutions.
How long does it take to prepare a report?

Simple cases (like card chargebacks) can be ready within 7–10 business days. Complex crypto tracing or multi-platform scams may take 2–4 weeks depending on volume of evidence.

Can I submit the report myself?

Yes. Our reports are designed for self-submission. We include cover letters, templates, and contact points where possible. Some clients also hire lawyers to submit on their behalf.

Who qualifies for your services?

We work with victims of online scams including binary options, forex, crypto fraud, romance scams, property scams, and phishing. We may decline cases if the evidence is too weak, the losses are too small, or the scam happened too long ago.

What cases do you NOT take?

We do not take cases involving gambling, debt disputes, or situations where the “scam” was simply a bad investment without fraud. We also cannot work with victims who refuse to share evidence or cooperate fully.

Is there a minimum loss amount?

While there is no strict minimum, our services are most suitable for victims who lost $5,000 or more. Smaller cases may not justify the investigation cost.

Can you trace cryptocurrency transactions?

Yes. We use blockchain analytics tools to trace funds across wallets, exchanges, and mixers. While tracing does not guarantee recovery, it strengthens your evidence and increases pressure on exchanges to act.

Do you contact the scammers directly?

No. Contacting scammers directly can be risky and usually leads nowhere. Our focus is on documenting fraud and engaging legitimate institutions (banks, payment providers, exchanges, regulators).

Will my information be secure?

Absolutely. All evidence is stored securely and shared only with our investigators. We never release your information to third parties without your consent.

Do I need a lawyer?

Not always. Many victims succeed with just our Investigation Report and Action Plan. However, in some jurisdictions, hiring a lawyer may improve results. We can connect you to trusted legal partners if needed.

Can you work with law enforcement?

Yes. Our reports are formatted so they can be handed to police or regulators. While we are not a law enforcement agency, our documentation often triggers further investigation.

What happens if my bank refuses my claim?

If your bank denies your case, we can help you file appeals, escalate to regulators, or shift strategy toward other institutions (like exchanges or platforms). Success often requires persistence.

Why should I trust Money Back Recovery?

We are transparent about what we can and cannot do. We don’t sell false hope or make impossible guarantees. Our track record, detailed methodology, and client testimonials show that we provide real value—even in tough cases.
